This year, Footy Colours Day was full of excitement, colour and plenty of fun!
Students came dressed in their favourite team colours, proudly showing off their guernseys, scarves and hats. For the first time, the parade was held in Dhelk Djaa, with everyone beaming as they waved, cheered and celebrated their teams.
Throughout the day, students got into the action with a range of football and soccer activities. There were plenty of kicks, goals, and lots of smiles as everyone had the chance to join in, no matter their skill level. The energy and spirit on the day showed just how much our students enjoy coming together to celebrate sport. The most talked-about event was the Longest Kick Competition on the bike track. Many students had a go, with their classmates cheering them on. For the second year in a row, Tristan Creely claimed victory—this time breaking the school’s longest kick record with an incredible 37-metre kick!
The day was all about having fun, showing pride in their team’s colours, and raising money for kids with cancer. Students loved every moment, and their enthusiasm made Footy Colours Day one to remember. ❤️
